ABOUT ARIEL KAYNES, M.S., RMHCI
I know what it’s like to have anxiety and depression.
I experienced anxiety for as long as I can remember growing up. From public speaking, to social anxiety, and a fear of flying – my anxiety was a mental block. It kept me from reaching my potential and from enjoying new experiences. It got worse towards the end of high school and turned into depression. The depression I experienced was crippling, and it went on for a long time. I’d lost myself.
Affordable therapy helped me get my life back.
My name is Ariel Kaynes and I understand what you’re going through. Finding the right therapist changed my life. Therapy challenged me to set goals and forced me beyond my comfort zone so I could reach them. Above all, I learned to think positively and began to love myself. I’m a different person today, all thanks to the gift of great counseling.
And I believe affordable therapy can do the same for you.
I want you to know that what you’re feeling is real, but it doesn’t have to be forever. And you don’t have to go through it alone. I can help you overcome depression, anxieties, and low self-esteem. Together, we’ll explore and uncover your hidden truths.
Give therapy a try.
Backed by years of scientific research, I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and a solution-focused approach to help you reach your goals quickly and effectively. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself in affordable therapy. It’s possible, and it won’t take years either. If you’re ready, I’d love the opportunity to support you through your journey of personal growth and development.
