About The Gifts of Imperfection™

Letting go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embracing who you are isn’t easy.  The Gifts of Imperfection™ is about learning and experiencing the 10 guideposts for wholehearted living based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

*Coming in late Spring 2021

About Daring Greatly™

Daring Greatly™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders.  It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process, you’ll explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness.

You’ll also examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back, as well as identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way you live, love, parent, and lead.

The 2-week live online workshops return in 2021. Sign up for the interest list below.

The online self-paced course starts on the 1st of every month. Click here to learn more.

About Rising Strong™

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall.  Rising Strong is about what it takes to get back up and how owning your stories of struggle gives you the power to write a daring new ending to those stories and your life.  Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life. *Coming in Spring 2021
