Immigration Psychological Evaluations for T-Visa and U-Visa
Foreigners who are victims of serious crimes or human trafficking may be eligible for legal status in the United States by applying for T-Visa and U-Visa, respectively.
Located in Miami, Florida, our experienced licensed psychologists offer immigration psychological evaluations for those seeking T-Visa and U-Visa in English or Spanish. Their training includes extensive knowledge of cross cultural psychology and trauma which allows them to competently work with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Our comprehensive immigration evaluations document the significant physical and mental abuse the client may have experienced as a result of being the victim of a crime or human trafficking. Our reports also assess the client’s current mental state and provide diagnosis of any relevant mental health conditions (e.g. Major Depression, PTSD, Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, etc.) that may have arisen due to experiencing a serious crime or human trafficking. Additionally, our reports explore the long-term impact of victimization on the client’s continued emotional and social functioning.
